After my well-received, surprisingly well-researched article on
British Police, I'd like now to mention something which I forgot initially, something a little more positive: the wonderful case of Mark Kennedy. He is a man I am jealous of. For those not in the know, he was a policeman put undercover to infiltrate leftist protest groups, he went undercover under the name of Mark 'Flash' Stone. He gained notoriety and jealousy when he, like Kurtz in 'Heart of Darkness', went local, and took his undercover life a little too seriously. He lived a life of gay abandon: taking drugs, playing in a band (called the 69'ers - how original!), and even
attacking fellow policemen at an EU summit protest. Most famously, he even managed to have sex with a few fellow protesters, although they are now taking a class action against him
class action against him. While undercover, he had sex with at least three different women, by betraying their trust and lying to them as to his intentions. More impressively, he managed this while looking like this...

For those actions alone, I'm immensely jealous of him. He received undercover pay from the police, while protesting and hanging out with leftie chicks. This
article states that he was never specifically told not to sleep with people. So as well as travelling to 11 different countries, protesting, and fighting policepeople, he was humping with the endorsement of the British police. The best thing of all though, was his alias, of all the names on earth he could be, he chose Mark 'Flash' Stone, which is really dorky, especially when you could choose Stirling Go-Getter, as I would. Here he is undercover...
This is the coolest he'll ever look, and he still looks like Kid rock.
